Skylla Systems are complex, but Skylla operation is very simple!
Here's our live,Music on Hard Drive UserInterface

The top portion of every Skylla screen always shows what's on the air and what's coming up next.  You get title, artist, intro times, EOM times and a lot of other information displayed in real time while you are on the air.

An expandable middlel portion of the screen is a "work area" that allows you to drag and drop spots, jingles, songs, and any other type of information from the log or from a database of all available audio.  You can then drag the audio files directly to a new position on the log, to populate on screen buttons, or put the item back in the database for use at a later time.  Everything is done by drag-and-drop.

The lower portion of the screen is really like a Windows desktop.  Icons can show logs, display a record screen,or handle any number of other tasks. That all can be done witihout ever leaving the live-MOHD screen.

Different operational situations requires some modifications to the operator, sscreen, but the general theme of all screens remains the same, and you always have the current status displayed in about the top third of every screen in the system.  Below is an example of a screen used for broadcasting in satellite mode.
The similarities, and the subtle differences that help the operator see the whole picture, including local breaks, local liners and functions, and satellite fed music.  Note the temperature data received via Internet, displayed on the screen and automatically played when in automation mode. A handy format clock keeps exact track of what's coming down the satellite and what's on the air.
